No Food or liquids (not even water) should be taken for six (6) hours prior to your surgical appointment, unless otherwise instructed.
Patients must be accompanied by a responsible adult to drive them and receive care instructions.
Please wear a short sleeved shirt or blouse.
Please advise our office a few days before your surgical appointment if you develop lung or nasal congestion, flu, cold or fever.
Please do not wear lipstick, contact lenses, loop or dangling earrings, pantyhose, or high heeled or loose shoes to your surgical appointment.
Please tie hair back away from your face.
Patients under the age of 18 should be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult to their surgical appointment. Full post-surgery instructions will be given to the care giver following surgery.
