Scheduling

Our Office is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.   We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you as soon as possible for an evaluation of treatment options.

When scheduling your appointment, please provide us with the following information:

• The concern bringing you to our office.
• Any past or present medical conditions and current medications.
• The name of your dentist (and physician if medical history is a concern).
• Whether you will be bringing x-rays and a referral or if your dentist is going to forward those items to us.
• If you have insurance we will be helping you coordinate.

On your first visit, we will need to fill out your personal information and medical history.   Please allow a few minutes in your schedule to help us complete this information.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. A member of our staff will call a day prior to confirm all appointments.  Please let us know as soon as possible if you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment.  This will help us manage the schedule more efficiently.

Our appointments are scheduled based on the typical time needed for various procedures. Because each surgery is different, and emergency care needs to take precedent, our schedule can sometimes change unexpectedly. We will do our best to communicate with you prior to your appointment if delays are expected.  We appreciate your understanding and patience.
