Insurance Information

Our administrative staff will work with you to estimate your insurance benefits and determine any out-of-pocket expenses prior to your surgical procedure. Please bring your insurance information to your consultation appointment so that we can submit any required pre-determinations and expedite your reimbursement.

Dr. Tew is a preferred provider for Delta Dental.  He also accepts all other dental insurances, but is not contracted with any other plans. This means the patient may be responsible for any differences between the amount their insurance company allows and Dr. Tew’s fees.  We are not registered with the State and cannot accept Medical Coupons.  We are also no longer Medicare providers.
